Like fingerprints, no two hands are the same.
Everybody knows their shoe size, but how many of us actually know what gloves will fit, or how to measure up?
To ascertain your glove size, just two measurements are required. (Always measure your dominant hand, the hand you write with. And always measure in inches) First, measure around the widest part of your hand excluding your thumb. Then measure from the top of your middle finger to the bottom of your palm. Whichever is the larger of these two measurements, in inches, is your glove size.
Some manufacturers may indicate glove sizes by number and others by letter for Small, Medium, Large and so forth.
At Paula Rowan we always use traditional Italian glove sizing.

DELIVERY TIMES
We ship worldwide via DHL couriers. Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email with a DHL tracking number.
Orders received by 12pm WET (Western European Time) will normally be received 2-3 days for delivery to Ireland and UK. Generally, orders to all other countries, including USA, Canada and Europe will be received within 5-6 days.

RETURNS
We operate a no quibble 30 day returns policy. Items can be exchanged for another item or refunded if returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, with original strings uncut and in the original packaging.

Items ordered online or purchased in store should all be returned to our physical store in Dublin, Ireland.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
Please make sure you mark the store address clearly.
Please enclose a copy of the delivery docket and your reason for returning.
Paula Rowan Ltd is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
COST OF RETURN SHIPPING
You must pay the shipping costs for the return.
Paula Rowan Ltd will refund this cost to you in certain circumstances which are outlined below.
There will be NO additional delivery charge when we send an exchanged item back to you.
NUMBER OF DAYS TO RETURN
Returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of purchase. For "Sale" items the returns and exchanges must take place within 14 days of purchase.
REASON FOR RETURN
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know by email at paularowangloves@gmail.com or by calling us during office hours on +353-1-674 6662.
If there is a genuine fault with your purchase Paula Rowan Ltd will refund the cost of your return.
However, if you would simply like to return your purchase we will refund you the item's value excluding shipping costs.
Items must be returned within 30 days in the same condition as purchased. The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value of the item at the time of purchase.
REFUND PROCESS
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to your billing address. A credit will post to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
